How It Works
- Drop off your logs at our location.
- We mill them to your specifications.
- Pick up your finished lumber or have it delivered (within 30 miles).
Log Cleanliness
Logs must be reasonably clean. Mud, gravel, and rocks act like sandpaper and ruin sawmill blades. Please ensure logs are free of heavy dirt before drop-off.
⚠️ Mandatory Nail/Metal Warning
Yard trees, fence-line timber, and pasture logs frequently contain hidden metal like old fence staples, nails, hooks, or wire. Our blades are expensive precision tools. If a blade strikes hidden metal inside your log, we will automatically add a flat $45.00 blade replacement fee to the invoice.

Bulk Discounts
- 10% discount on orders of 2,000+ BF
- 15% discount on orders of 4,000+ BF
- Note: A standard 5% Handling/Loading Fee applies to all orders - whether you pick up or we deliver.'
Delivery Rates & Distance (Up to 30 Miles)
Local delivery requires a minimum order of $100.00. We calculate distance automatically at checkout based on your address.
- 0–10 miles: $10.00 (FREE on orders over $800)
- 10–15 miles: $15.00 (FREE on orders over $1,600)
- 15–20 miles: $20.00 (FREE on orders over $2,400)
- 20–25 miles: $25.00 (FREE on orders over $3,200)
- 25–30 miles: $30.00 (FREE on orders over $4,000)
⚠️ Address Policy: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. If you provide an inaccurate address to bypass distance limits and the actual location is outside our 30-mile radius, a $50.00 Attempted Delivery Fee will apply, and you must pick up your order at our yard.
Delivery Requirements & Fees
- Receiving: An adult (18+) with a valid ID must be present at the time of delivery.
- Unloading Delays: If you are utilizing your own equipment to unload, please have it ready. Unexpected unloading delays will be billed at $20.00 per 15-minute increment and must be paid before unloading begins.
- Payment Note: A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
