Into this living earth, Olga plants only the highest-quality seeds, selecting the absolute best varieties known for superior flavor, nutrition, and hardiness.

The care does not end in the fields. Once Olga hand-harvests the produce, it immediately moves to our dedicated wash-and-pack building. Here, the harvest is gently washed, dried, packed, and safely stored in our state-of-the-art walk-in cooler, which locks in crispness and peak flavor until the exact moment of delivery.
